Robe á la Francaise dated around 1780
This is a very special dress, which follows a original robe á la francaise. It was destined to imitate the original in every detail. We used most elaborate materials for the applications, such as Devon bobbin lace (which derives from the 18th century!), Mechlin bobbin lace and Lille bobbin lace for the sleeves.

The decorative silk is entirely unique, as it is an original silk from the third quarter of the 18th century, impressively painted by hand!
In our opinion it is an essential obligation to respect the artistic blend of colours given by the original piece (here we used coral silk taffeta, champagne-coloured silk and authentical lace).
