the subtle elegance of this suit is partly based on the unusual embroidery: demonstrably simply styled flowers, and artistic flower garlands frame the pockets and edges.
The other specialty is the choice of material. It was made of a silk and real silver texture in salmon colour and silver-white.
A detail interesting to be pointed out specially (as it has been implemented in this form for the first time) is the emboidered sword belt, which used to be worn ABOVE the waistcoat for ceremonial purposes.The original pattern has been most kindly provided by the curator of the Royal Danish Textile Collection.
